Uranium Soars as Oil & Coal Crash | Resource Heads Ep. 68

This is a weekly commodity market overview for the 22nd week of 2023 that covers May 29 – June 2.

In this episode of Resource Heads, I talked about the debt ceiling "crisis" being resolved, the US jobs data, and China’s manufacturing PMI as well as what those mean for the commodity space.

I also talked about copper, coal, natural gas, oil, and uranium.

Uranium is the best-performing commodity on a YoY basis, and the only energy commodity in the green on a YoY basis, which is why the title says that uranium is soaring while other energy commodities are crashing.

Coal, for example, is down nearly 70%, while natural gas is down almost 75%.

As always, I was also joined by GoldDiscovery founder Luc ten Have for the junior market overview.

His platform https://golddiscovery.com is a great tool for natural resource investors.
