So, I partnered with a friend and bought this house with DOGECOIN.
Better yet, I’ve got around $7,250 back at closing for setting up this house flip deal.
BETTER THAN THAT It’s right next to another house I’m flipping, so I should be able to boost the value of my current flip due to being able to make this one look nice too. I’m WELL ON MY WAY to flipping a street!
Let me know what you guys think of this deal, the other house I’m working on, and whether you think I can flip it before a real estate crash or not!
