House Speaker Nancy Pelosi opened the door to additional stimulus aid to help millions of struggling Americans. Pelosi made these remarks on CBS’s ‘Face The Nation’ on Sunday. She said there’s an “opportunity” to add federal coronavirus relief aid to a package of legislation funding the government as a February deadline looms.
Will we see additional direct stimulus checks to the American people? Pelosi didn’t say specifically but it seems the overall price tag would be lower than previous aid packages as Senator Joe Manchin continues to stand in the way.
